These terms explain how our Monthly Refill subscriptions work, when you are charged, and how to cancel or change a subscription at any time.

Monthly Refill is an optional recurring order. When you choose Monthly Refill at checkout, the products in that order are scheduled to ship to you again automatically so you never run out mid-protocol. Monthly Refill orders receive the discount shown at checkout.
Unless a different interval is shown on the product or protocol page, Monthly Refill bills and ships every 30 days. Your first charge happens when you place the order; each renewal is charged on the renewal date shown in your account.
By choosing Monthly Refill you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for each recurring order at the then-current subscription price, plus applicable shipping and taxes, until you cancel. Prices may change with advance notice.
You can cancel a Monthly Refill at any time from your account subscription settings, or by emailing our support team. Cancellations must be made before an order renews to apply to that order.
Where supported by our subscription provider, you can skip a delivery, pause a subscription, change quantities, or swap products from your account. Availability of each option is shown in your subscription settings.
Changes apply to the next unprocessed order. Orders already billed or in fulfillment cannot be changed, but you can request help with them through support.
Payments, saved payment methods, and recurring billing are processed securely by our checkout and subscription providers. We do not store your full payment details.
